We have a right to refuse services if unable to accommodate and will happily refer or offer suggestions. 

All Sales Final. Prices and policy subject to change.  Please check for holiday, cancellation, offsite or off hours updates, rates, and policy.  We require a credit card to hold an appointment time, but reserve the right to wave that requirement. We also defer judgement to our stylists regarding waivers for any service, but encourage them as salons' work with heat, chemicals, and sharp objects. Understandably, many salons do not practice much use in waivers, but although it is not customary in the industry, it is a valid precautionary measure.

Cancellations/Rescheduling: We value your time immensely and understand that your schedule can change.  However, a no show or late cancellation often times are unable to be filled at the last minute, therefore, we hope that you would give us a courtesy call at a time appropriate to the cancellation policy so that we can plan accordingly. We send email or text confirmations in advance as a courtesy if you've opted in for a reminder of your appointment time. However, we do not necessarily provide text or email confirmations or reminders for complimentary, short notice, or recurring services unless otherwise specified.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy on all chemical services. All other appointments can be cancelled up to 4 hours before the appointment at no charge unless it is booked for off site/hours*. Appointments booked within a few hours can be cancelled one hour before the appointment time. Failure to cancel on time will result in a 50 percent charge and if you need to reschedule the appointment, you may be charged a fee to do so because the time was still booked for you. No show no call appointments will result in a charge for the service in full. It is nontransferable and nonrefundable. A no call or no show is subject to a deposit in order to book again and deposits are nonrefundable. These accounts are also unable to book online until the account is in good standing.

If you have a separate courtesy appointment added toward your original service and fail to make your appointment (usually given within the first two weeks of the initial appointment or otherwise stated by your stylist), you forfeit that courtesy appointment, and are subject to payment. 

*Cancellation policy for off hours/site can be discussed with management. There is a 3% tax rate for credit card services, implemented in our policy as of 2019. We value your business and do everything in our power to be fair. We do not offer refunds because of the time, work, product, and or payment to contractors that is used. Management may offer a credit if the situation merits. Gift card holders should read their policy before purchasing. Refunds after 48 hours are not available. We understand there are times when you may change your mind and take that into account. You may get credit toward service or product at market value. Salon policies take precedence for fair business please redeem within 6 months. All of which is at the discretion of your stylist and or management.
