Hours:
We get this question a lot. We are not open 7 days a week. Stylists may consider taking on appointments Sunday, Monday, or outside of business hours for additional fee and a deposit. You can inquire via text, call, or email, about the service you’re requesting.
Online booking hours are 10am-5pm T-F. That differs to what is listed on google because we are hired outside of business hours often but need to show general phone hours. Brides can hire us at 3am or someone here for a convention might request a 7am. Others a color service at 10pm. We are unable to list all details on the site so please inquire for more details. Consult and deposit are required for off hours and prices will vary.
Deposits & Fees:
Deposits or fees for weekends and outside of normal Store hours are to ensure a stylist’s time is reserved outside of their normal schedules.
Memberships:
Perks can be part of a package or immediately applied to your accounts.
– Clients who are frequent, receive perks. A client who comes in every week or 3 weeks pays a different amount than someone who comes in every 6 months or a year. We want to be fair and offer incentive on upkeep.
– A client who pays in advance for services, e.g. paying for 10 cuts at a time, can receive a different price package
-Clients who send a client to us, automatically receive discounts toward their next visit.
Uber/Ride Sharing Tips:
Booking your ride to the exact address on 2nd Ave. or plugging in 2nd & G will ensure you’re dropped off at the exact location. Please make sure to drop the pin there as there have been times drivers/apps have directed clients to the next street over.
